1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • With all included accessories and components
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened fragrance cartridges
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Items showing signs of use or installation
  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our confirmation and return authorization
  • Package the item securely with all original materials
  • Ship to the provided return address

4. Valid Reasons for Returns

  • Item received is different from what was ordered
  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Item doesn’t match the description

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging
  • Wait for our team’s instructions before returning

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Exchange Policy

We currently only process returns and refunds. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
